1-research micro finance saw this very inspiring Ted talk about Kiva.

2-Call estate agent about my new studio!!!...someone give me i sign...what to do?? Feel like i might just turn into a real grown up this year, proper studio that isn't my garden shed, booking weddings for 2012! Oh and we bought a brand new fridge, very grown up.
